I would like to wish you a very Happy New Year! I do hope you have scoffed lots of yummy food & had some lovely time off. I had a fantastic busy few days between Christmas & New Year with tans, tans & more tans to get you glowing for NYE (thanks for all the giggles girls, I needed it!).
Now that you've taken your decorations down and you've started eating healthily again (I am eagerly awaiting my birthday pizza on the 11th so I can join in on this one!!), it's time to get back into the swing of things.
I've always get tons of emails about New Year, New You & I was totally fed up of it, so this year you may remember my 'New Year New You Blah Blah' email.
I think all my clients are naturally beautiful & I only want to enhance this, not detract from it. But also, I want you to feel fulfilled & happy like me too.
How come I'm so chirpy & happy all the time?
I choose 100 Goals each year & do as much as possible. This makes me so happy. In 2015 I managed 93/100 goals. From activities, a 5k swim, raised £140 for charity, went rock climbing & so much more. This year I am focusing on family & relationships (how can we nurture our relationships if we don't plan time together?).
How can you be so organised?
I never used to be this way, honest. I was late, lazy, carrying a few extra pounds, never prepared - Now I am the most organised person on the planet!
Basically, I am in the 1% of people that:
- Thinks of goals
- Writes them down
- Reviews goals regularly
- How I want to feel
- What I want to receive
- What I want to give myself
- Work to do list
- Personal to do list
- What I am grateful for
- Doodle area (I use it for my savings jar stickers)
- The days of the week have blank appointments so you can choose whether they start in the AM/PM/Night (which I love as my appointments never all fit on the same 9-5 diary.
