How To Book
House Beauty has a no rush, no urgency, no-calls, no-messages policy. You will not be able to contact us by phone. You need to book online using the tabs at the top of this page. Follow the onscreen instructions, it's easy peasy.
To reschedule or cancel
Rescheduling is a polite word for cancelling - you cannot just move an appointment without cancelling it and booking a new one with a new deposit. I understand that things might come up and emergencies happen, just try not to be a Reschedule Roger please. Deposits are not returned for any cancelled appointments.

If there is something on your mind you think Hollie should know, add a note to your booking and Hollie will see it. Please see the main page for info on when to have treatments before special occasions. Before you ask a question, please check out the FAQ's as if your answer is on there, you will be sent the link to the page.
If you cannot login, there are a couple of reasons why this may have happened:
⦿ Incorrect spelling of your email or password. Try again if you haven't received it after a couple of hours. We all hate when we spell stuff wrongly but this the most common reason it would not work.
⦿ Incorrect email. The email you receive your reminders from House Beauty to is the one you registered with. Please try again with this email and if the password is not working, just reset it.
⦿ Please bear in mind the system has thousands of salons using it simultaneously, so your password reset will not be immediate and can take a couple hours so go on about your day instead of waiting for it.
Received an automated text message? You have contacted House Beauty by a route we do not use. You will have met Betty the Beauty Assistant Robot Responder! Isn't she fantastic? I am confident you will find the answer to your question here! Or check out the FAQ page for detailed treatment info.
How much is...? You will find all treatment prices on the booking system, as well as on the treatment pages.
Can I call/text/instagram you for an appointment? Sorry, no. I am with clients all day and it wouldn't be appropriate for me to be answering the phone or texting when I should be massaging or doing intricate work with eyes. I want every treatment to be the best you've ever had. To give you my full attention when you are here. You can fill out the callback form to receive a response call within 48hrs from my assistant Felicity.
When can I text you? On the day of your appointment if you need me, you can reply to the text message reminder.
But what if I need to get hold of you? If you have 20 questions about a treatment, I can tell you now if its not on the FAQ page, you really don't need to be worrying about it. It may not even be right for you. If you are ready to book but have something on your mind, or you want to say hi, add it to the notes when you book and I will be in touch. If you aren't ready to book, give yourself some time to decide if I'm right for you. There is a no urgency approach here, so if your appointment isn't now or today, then it isn't urgent. We maintain calm in all areas.
The time I want is not available... can you manipulate time and magic up an appointment for me? Sorry, no. You are thinking of Dr. Strange. All of my available time is on the booking system, I don't keep secret appointments from you, I promise. Contacting to ask is just going to waste your time and someone else might book the next available appointment while you are waiting.
I don't trust booking online or I don't want to pay a deposit for your valuable time That's a real shame, we seemed to be hitting it off. I will be here when you are ready.
Why can't I have an appointment 'now?' You will need to book your appointment with minimum 24-48hrs notice. Occasionally if I have space from a cancellation it will open up to 8hrs notice, but over the summer this rarely happens as I'm full everyday. Most clients book their beauty and relaxation maintenance with me a month in advance at least so you need to plan ahead to beat the rush..
The treatment I want is not showing Either it is not a treatment I provide or the products for that treatment are not in stock. This doesn't happen often, but can happen with Rapid Tans during summer as they are so incredibly popular and hard to get my hands on, particularly at short notice. Regular tan is still gorgeous.
